Anthony J. Costello & Son Development Earns Chamber Honor

Brighton Chamber of Commerce officials, joined by Brighton Town Supervisor Sandra Frankel, today recognized local business, school, and civic leaders for their contributions to the community. Anthony J. Costello & Son Development was among award recipients of the 2005 Building Pride in Brighton Award.

James Daykin Takes Over As Facilities Systems Director

Anthony J. Costello & Son Development is pleased to announce the promotion of James Daykin to the position of Facilities Systems Director. James has been a dedicated member of our team for more than 10 years, serving as property manager, facilities manager, and facilities technician. In his new position, James will oversee HVAC and Life Safety for Anthony J. Costello & Son Development’s entire portfolio of properties.

At Anthony J. Costello & Son Development, we take as much pride in maintaining our buildings as we do in designing and constructing them. Our maintenance professionals are focused, decisive, and meticulous. Recently joining our team are the following:
Frank Naron, Project Manager
Frank joined us in June 2005 with extensive experience having over 18 years in project management and as a budget estimator. Before joining Anthony J. Costello & Son Development, Frank was most recently with G.M. Crisalli & Associates located in Syracuse, NY.
Mark Resch, Facility Manager
In October 2005, Mark was named Facility Manager, joining our team from the Pioneer Group where he was employed as a maintenance director. His vast experience in all phases of facility management make him a strong and reliable partner in business for our tenants.
Mark Jewell, Facility Manager
Mark joined the Facilities Management team in December 2005, bringing over 15 years of building maintenance experience to the position. He previously served with the Eastman Kodak Company, and is well versed in meeting the needs of Class A medical office space tenants.
